About the Role
The Senior Content Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization for the EMEA Content team
:Implement, and continuously optimize processes
that support smooth running of the EMEA Content Team.Develop standardized workflows and processes
that ensure consistency and quality while addressing the specific needs of each region.- Collaborate with key stakeholders across regions to identify pain points in the content delivery process and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Works with the Adobe tech team to unlock and roll out content related technology and dashboards including Adobe Workfront for content workflow management and asset management systems.
EMEA reporting & budget administration
- Create recurring volume, usage and impact (pipe touched) reports for EMEA Content Labs.
- Manage the budget administration for local content creation agencies (source SOW, process RTS, maintain budget sheets.
EMEA Content & Stakeholder Alignment
:- Establish and manage operational frameworks to ensure that
EMEA Internal Customers
(IMP, Regional Marketing, executive Marketing) receive timely and high-quality content support, and visibility. - Ensure that content-related issues are quickly identified, addressed, and resolved, escalating to leadership when necessary.
Operational Cadence & Planning
:- Maintain a robust operational cadence for content delivery across EMEA and India, including regular meetings, reporting cadences, and progress reviews.
- Build and optimize the content
planning cadence
to ensure all regional teams are synchronized with global content release schedules and product updates.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
:- Establish best practices, document
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
, and ensure consistent execution across the EMEA content team. - Lead initiatives to improve content project timelines, resource management, and communication across regions, driving operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
Experience
:- 10+ years of experience in
content operations
, project management, or related fields, with a strong focus on cross-regional collaboration and process optimization. Experience with Adobe Workfront
(or similar project management tools) for task tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization.- Proven experience in developing, managing, and optimizing operational processes for global teams.
Skills
:- Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple, complex initiatives across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront: Proficient in using Adobe Workfront to manage content projects, streamline workflows, track project timelines, and create detailed reports.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, data visualization, and dashboard creation to analyze and report on content operations.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and regional stakeholders.
Education
:- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration

, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in optimizing content operations and workflows for global SaaS or technology companies.
- Familiarity with
