Senior Consultant Transaction & Corporate Finance-TCF

Role Overview: At EY Tunisia, you will be joining the dedicated Transaction & Corporate Finance (TCF) Team that operates across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics, and lead advisory projects. Your role will involve preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, supporting clients in strategic decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance to junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics, and lead advisory projects - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders - Support clients in strategic decision-making by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Qualifications Required: - Strong academic background (CES Rvision Comptable, CFA, Financial Analyst, etc) - Outstanding financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills - 3-5 years of work experience in Transaction Services, Corporate finance, or Private Equity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a dynamic team environment - Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken) - Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc); knowledge of financial databases (Capital IQ, Mergermarket, etc) is preferred Join EY and be a part of a global network of professionals, working on high-impact projects with leading clients across diverse industries.
