🔍 We're Hiring: Senior Consultant (Golang + GenAI)
📍 Location: Chennai (On-site)
🕐 Experience: 4–10 Years
📆 Notice Period: Up to 60 Days
🔧 What You'll Bring:
▪️ 4+ years of hands-on experience in Golang
▪️Practical experience with Generative AI models, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning
▪️Strong proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and FastAPI
▪️Solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Able to design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and hybrid search strategies
▪️Exposure to Vector Databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate
▪️Comfort with writing well-tested, clean, and scalable code using OOP principles
▪️Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or XP
Awareness of TDD, CI/CD tools and best practices
🌟 Nice to Have
▪️Working knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
▪️Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
