Objectives aligned to this role:

Requirement gathering and analysis, Documentation, and Process Configuration.

What would you do

Engage in client meetings to thoroughly understand their process requirements.
Streamline and enhance business processes to ensure precise deployment.
Document detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Create clear and concise documentation, such as business process models, flowcharts, and user stories.
Translate client needs into system configurations and customized solutions, while also creating a realistic delivery timeline
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementation.
Develop mappings for data migration and integration.
Generate specifications for web services, ensuring seamless integration, finalization, and testing.
Expertly tackle technical challenges related to servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, and other associated technologies.
