Job Title: Senior Consultant SAP SF - Learning Management System (LMS)

Lead end-to-end implementation or rollout of SuccessFactors LMS module.
Conduct requirement gathering, solution workshops, and fit-gap analysis.
Configure LMS module including items, curricula, programs, catalogs, and assignment profile.
Manage LMS security, workflows, notifications, and reporting setup.
Integrate LMS with SuccessFactors BizX, third-party content providers, or external platforms.
Define and implement compliance, certification, and learning paths.
Collaborate with training teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
Prepare and conduct user training, testing, and documentation.
Manage cutover and go-live support activities.
Support AMS or enhancement requests post go-live.
Provide leadership to functional and technical teams in global/multi-country rollouts
