Job Title: Senior Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

  • Good experience in manage end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module.
  • Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide expert guidance on time tracking best practices.
  • Configure Time Management features including time types, time valuation, work schedules, holiday calendars, accruals, and absences.
  • Integrate Time Tracking with SAP EC (Employee Central) and other third-party payroll/time systems.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of time-related processes.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements or integrations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 to 8 years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience with minimum 3+ years in SuccessFactors Time Tracking or EC Time Management.
  • Strong configuration experience in Time Valuation Rules, Work Schedules, Absence Management, Accrual Rules, and Holiday Calendars.
  • Proven experience in at least 1 to 2 end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
  • Deep understanding of SAP EC Time Off and EC Time Sheet.
  • Experience with Integration Center, OData APIs, or middleware platforms (Boomi, CPI) for data exchange.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and provide solution recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central Time Management or Time Tracking.
  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll, Time Evaluation (on-premise), or Global Benefits is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements for different geographies (e.g., US, EU labor laws).
