Summary:

SAP PP Senior Consultant/Team Lead

Mandatory Skills:

4 -15 years of SAP PP experience
.
Strong expertise in
PP Master Data
: Material Master, BOM, Recipe/Routing, Production Version.
Hands-on experience in
Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)
, including various planning strategies and MRP areas.
In-depth understanding of
Manufacturing Processes in the Process Industry
.
Proficiency in
Process Order Execution
: Order release, goods consumption, confirmations, order completion, PI sheets.
Strong knowledge of
Batch Management
, including Shelf-Life Expiration Management and FEFO processes.
Practical exposure to
MTO and MTS
manufacturing scenarios.
Good understanding of
Integration with MM & QM
.
Experience working with
RICEF
objects.
12 full-cycle implementation project experiences
.
Prior experience working with
Indian AMS customers
.

Optional / Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of
Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing
.
Experience with
Serialized Products
and
Configurable Materials
.
Understanding of
Standard Costing
and related processes.

Candidate Profile:

Thorough functional knowledge in
SAP PP-PI
with strong hands-on experience in real-time scenarios.
Solid understanding of integrated areas such as
PP-QM
and
PP-CO
.
Experience working with
multiple AMS customers
.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
