Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of OneStream projects including design, development, configuration, and deployment.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.

Build business rules, integrations, workflows, cube structures, and dashboards in OneStream.

Support financial consolidation, close automation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting enhancements.

Conduct system testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure performance optimization.

Prepare technical documentation, user training materials, and provide post-deployment support.

Collaborate with finance SMEs, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the practice.

Ensure compliance with best practices, data governance standards, and implementation methodologies.

Qualifications Skills

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
48 years of experience in EPM/CPM solutions with
2+ years of core OneStream development
experience.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and consolidation processes.
Hands-on proficiency in:
- OneStream business rules (VB.NET scripting)
- Metadata and cube configuration
- Data integration and workflow setup
- Dashboards and report development
Experience with ERP/EPM tools (Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, etc.) is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
OneStream certification preferred.
