Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of OneStream applications.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Develop business rules, workflows, data integration processes, and dashboards within OneStream.

Configure consolidation structures, financial reporting, and planning modules.

Support financial close process enhancements, performance improvements, and automation initiatives.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Create documentation including solution design, training materials, and user guides.

Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, finance SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
48 years of experience in EPM/CPM implementations with
minimum 2+ years of hands-on OneStream experience
.
Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, FPA, and enterprise performance management processes.
Experience with OneStream constructs such as:
- Business rules (VB.NET scripting)
- Cube/metadata configuration
- Data management integration
- Workflow design and dashboarding
Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and close cycles.
Experience with Oracle/Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Anaplan is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certification(s) in OneStream preferred.
