As a Senior Consultant / Manager in the Tech Consulting - ServiceNow Practice at EY India, you will play a crucial role as a ServiceNow Tech Lead within a cross-functional development team. Your main responsibility will be to develop workflow solutions across various modules on the ServiceNow platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a ServiceNow Tech lead with a minimum of 6 years of experience, contributing to the creation of workflow solutions in different modules on ServiceNow - Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems - Develop integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs with advanced scripting - Create and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards - Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful and technically sound projects are completed on time and within budget - Support the development and analysis of customer requirements, assist in the development of user stories, and perform application testing - Create and maintain system design and operations documentation - Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with experience in Agile methodologies for software development **Qualifications Required:** - ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA) - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS for any of the modules) - Certified Application Developer If you meet the above criteria and are excited about this opportunity, please connect with us promptly to join EY in contributing to the creation of a better working world.
