Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in the WSP Earth and Environment team, you will have expertise in Environment Impact Assessment and Due Diligence services. Your primary location will be in India (Bangalore/Noida/Mumbai) with opportunities to support activities in the Middle East. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and preparing large-scale environmental projects such as EIA, SEA, CEMP, and pollution prevention frameworks, focusing on KSA projects. - Conducting Environmental and Social Due Diligence projects, compliance reviews, and offering support to clients and stakeholders on critical E&S aspects. - Demonstrating a thorough understanding of EIA processes, environmental assessment methods, and collaborating with design teams. - Possessing detailed knowledge of environmental consenting and licensing requirements. - Preparing and managing multi-disciplinary tenders and being open to travel within the region, including short trips to KSA. Qualifications required for this role: - BSc and MSc degree in a relevant environmental or engineering discipline. - Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., IEMA) and ideally chartered status. - Ability to work across multiple disciplines with a flexible mindset and provide technical alternatives and solutions to clients. - Proficiency in proofing, editing, and report collation, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills. - Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with strong project management, time management, and financial management skills. - A collaborative mindset and an outcome-driven working approach.,
