Senior Consultant - Energy Research

Role Overview: At Evalueserve, you will be part of the Insights and Advisory team, playing a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations across diverse industries and sectors. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with client stakeholders, demonstrating domain knowledge and thought leadership, conducting macro analysis in the energy sector, managing client engagements, team mentoring, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand their problem statements and define analytical approaches - Regularly communicate with client teams, provide operational updates, and present findings of the analysis - Establish analytical infrastructure and conduct macro analysis in the energy sector - Identify practical, timely, and innovative research approaches; evaluate data quality - Develop proposals, manage client engagements, and coach team members - Support business development by assisting the sales team with new account penetration strategies - Mentor minimum 4-5 analysts, support their learning and growth - Manage project economics, define deliverable content, ensure quality deliverables - Possess strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - Demonstrate knowledge of energy markets, renewable energy technologies, and regulatory frameworks - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills - Manage small teams, multi-stakeholder environments, and navigate within Evalueserve environment - Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is an advantage - Work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment - Stay updated on energy industry trends and developments - Excel in excel modeling skills and have a strong analytical frame of mind - Drive to achieve tasks/objectives under time pressure and ability to multitask Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects - Excellent client facing capabilities, client relationships, and a track record for delivering consulting engagements - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of energy-related software or databases like EIA and Bloomberg is a plus Note: Interested candidates can share their resumes at amit.rana2@evalueserve.com with details.,
