Job Description

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Proactively detect (possible) impediments, and define solutions or mitigation actions together with the team
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Support and challenge Product Owners on roadmap, backlog, and increment planning, in relation to stakeholders deadlines
Coordinate both internal and external communications proactively
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
Keep track on issues & risks, schedules & dependencies
Monitor, evaluate and provide financial status reports to higher management

Desired qualifications

Transition demands Scrum Master ?Agile Methodology Expertise:
Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, especially Scrum.
Facilitation: Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Conflict Resolution: Skills to manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate the team without direct authority. Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify and solve issues that may impede the teams progress.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the technical aspects of the project to better support the team.
Coaching: Ability to coach team members on Agile practices and principles.
Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

Base location: Bangalore
This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations
