Job Description

 

  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Proactively detect (possible) impediments, and define solutions or mitigation actions together with the team
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Support and challenge Product Owners on roadmap, backlog, and increment planning, in relation to stakeholders deadlines
  • Coordinate both internal and external communications proactively
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
  • Keep track on issues & risks, schedules & dependencies
  • Monitor, evaluate and provide financial status reports to higher management

Desired qualifications

  • Transition demands Scrum Master ?Agile Methodology Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, especially Scrum.
  • Facilitation: Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Skills to manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate the team without direct authority. Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify and solve issues that may impede the teams progress.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the technical aspects of the project to better support the team.
  • Coaching: Ability to coach team members on Agile practices and principles.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Bangalore
  • This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations
