We are currently seeking experienced specialists to drive the digital transformation of CRM systems and customer processes in the banking and financial services sector. ### Role Overview: - **CRM-Transformation in Banking:** Develop CRM strategies and enhance digital customer interaction across all touchpoints focusing on efficiency, personalization, and customer experience. - **Lead Management & Marketing Automation:** Conceptualize and optimize data-driven processes for customer acquisition, retention, and development integrated into CRM systems. - **System Integration & Data Quality:** Support migrations, ensure consistent data structures, and manage integrations into complex system landscapes. - **Business Analysis & Solution Design:** Translate business requirements into CRM-specific solution concepts structured in epics, features & user stories. - **Tech Competence & Tool Utilization:** Work with CRM systems like Salesforce, Avaloq CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics, and utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, or BPMN effectively. - **Agile Implementation & Delivery Excellence:** Apply your experience in agile projects from iteration planning to successful deployment. ### Qualification Required: - Experience in digitizing customer processes in the banking sector, especially in CRM or Customer Experience context. - Practical knowledge of CRM systems, campaign management, and customer journeys. - Project experience in agile contexts, e.g., as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner. - Technical understanding of the interplay between CRM, core banking systems, and marketing technologies. - Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration. - Fluent in German (C2) and good English skills. ### Additional Details of the Company: At Pragmatica, you will be part of a curated expert network focusing on Digital Finance.
