Senior Consultant (Salesforce Admin)

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the

  administration and maintenance

  of the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage

  user access, security settings, sharing rules

  , and enforce best practices.
• Handle

  support tickets

  and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

  gather requirements and implement improvements

  that drive adoption and efficiency.
• Perform

  proactive system maintenance

  , including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and Optimizer.
• Oversee

  sandbox environments, backups

  , and integrated applications.
• Ensure

  governance and compliance

  across all Salesforce processes.

What We're Looking For

• A

  Bachelor's or Master's degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience

  with strong product knowledge.
• Salesforce

  Administrator Certification

  and familiarity with triggers/Apex code.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for

  continuous improvement
