Senior Consultant, Corporate Services

You have an exciting opportunity to join Vistra as a Senior Associate / Senior Consultant in the Bangalore office. In this full-time, permanent role, you will have regional coverage and the chance to make a significant impact in the growing Corporate Services team. Your role will involve various responsibilities, including: - Reviewing financial accounts and preparing budgets, cash flow projections, and company policies and procedures - Handling compensation structuring - Managing Company Law Matters such as maintaining statutory registers, secretarial records, and filing forms and returns with MCA - Overseeing Direct & Indirect Taxation, including TDS monitoring and filings, Income Tax and GST return filings - Handling STPI & Customs matters like filing Softex forms, STPI returns, import approvals, and warehousing documentation - Preparing MIS reports, cash flows, annual budgets, and variance analysis, along with financial projections for institutions and statutory bodies To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong knowledge in MIS, GST, TDS, and direct taxes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independence, proactiveness, and self-driven attitude - Deadline-oriented mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively as a team player Key requirements for this position include a minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience in core accounting and team handling. Candidates currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) will not be considered for this role.
