Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain
Java-based microservices
and backend systems.
Implement and manage
containerized applications
using
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for
CI/CD pipeline
setup and automation.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.
Work with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) for deployment and scaling.
Strong proficiency in
Java (8 or above)
,
Spring Boot
, and
Microservices Architecture
.
Experience with
Kubernetes
,
Docker
, and
Helm
for container orchestration.
Hands-on with
RESTful APIs
,
JSON
, and
message brokers
(Kafka / RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS / GCP / Azure) and
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD, etc.).
Good understanding of
database technologies
SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis).
Knowledge of
monitoring and logging tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Required Qualifications

Experience with
service mesh
(Istio) or
API gateways
(Kong / Apigee).
Exposure to
infrastructure as code
(Terraform / Ansible).
Working knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
