Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the field. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct risk-based audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions. Analyze data from various sources, including financial statements and market trends. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends. ### Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Qlikview, is an asset. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills & Macros) is required. Hands-on experience in Risk based analytics and understanding of business and processes of the sector of clients. Knowledge of databases, ETL, and hands-on experience in SQL. Experience in any of the visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire, Qlikview, etc. Hands-on experience in Machine Learning using R or Python with a strong statistical background. Qualification: BE/ B.Tech,, or MSC in Computer Science/Statistics or M.C.A.
