Senior Consultant Analytics

The Senior Consultant Analytics position in Gurgaon requires a minimum of 6 years of experience and involves being a technical lead with expertise in Analytics WebSDK & MobileSDK. As an Adobe Analytics Technical Consultant, you will engage with clients, utilizing both technical and business/marketing skills. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding the unique business requirements of clients, developing customized solutions using the Adobe Analytics platform, implementing web analytic tracking code, performing quality checks, and resolving technical issues as they arise. Although not a programming role, this position involves constant interaction with customers. Your key responsibilities will include gaining a deep understanding of the client's website architecture and online marketing strategy, documenting client requirements, designing customized solutions, generating web analytic collection code, assisting with implementation, and providing support to clients and developers. You will need to validate and debug implementations, customize web analytic solutions using JavaScript, advise stakeholders based on business drivers, and maintain proactive communication throughout the project life cycle. Additionally, you will manage multiple client engagements, ensure projects are on schedule and within scope, and educate clients on best practices and industry-specific strategies. To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in web analytics or a related field, along with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. A strong understanding of online marketing, HTML, web protocols, and advanced JavaScript skills are essential. You should also demonstrate a passion for technology, solid business acumen, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer success. Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and manage change, are crucial for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and special consideration will be given to candidates with previous experience in Adobe Analytics, website optimization consulting, web development, Flash/ActionScript/Flex, ERP/SaaS implementations, or vertical industry expertise (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech).
