Description
You have over 7 years of experience working in web analytics or a related field. You hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or possess equivalent work experience. Your responsibilities will include gaining an in-depth understanding of a client's website architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy. You will gather, document, and help form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements. As part of your role, you will be designing customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies. You will generate customized web analytic collection code and assist with its implementation and deployment. Supporting client developers and third parties throughout the implementation process will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to validate and debug implementations, as well as follow through on issues until they are resolved. Light manipulation of JavaScript may be necessary to customize web analytic solutions. Advising key stakeholders and driving client success based on the client's most important business drivers is crucial. Interacting frequently with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person will be part of your routine, including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives. Proactive and confident communication with customers throughout the project life cycle is essential. Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously and keeping customer expectations appropriate are also important tasks. Becoming an expert in the use of Adobe products and methods for effectively optimizing online businesses is a key goal. You will work towards educating clients on best practices related to their specific industry and key business requirements. Keeping accurate daily records of client billable time, technical writing, and PowerPoint presentation creation are also part of your responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include acting as a Development lead point of contact with Digital Marketing Consultants. Working with Digital Marketing Consultants to make recommendations regarding Digital Marketing Suite technical implementations is also expected. Building technical/business relationships with the highest level of professionalism, collaborating with internal teams and client partner relationships, and supporting additional team members by mentoring and teaching are part of the role. You will closely work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations. Experience presenting in front of groups is beneficial. A passion for the internet domain and technology to solve business problems is essential, along with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills. You should be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success. Possessing an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset is important. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Previous experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar tools, website optimization consulting experience, web development experience, extensive Flash, ActionScript, or Flex experience, ERP, SaaS, or other software implementation experience, deep vertical industry experience, expertise with mobile or social media analytics will be considered as a bonus.,
