Currently, we are looking for a experienced resource having good understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud (B2B/Redwood UI) Consultant on a permanent basis to join our team with proven experience. What Youll Do: Capture the requirement around Sales Cloud. Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of CX Sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Human Resources, to establish and maintain effective incentive compensation processes and policies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the companys incentive plans, including metrics, targets, and payout structures. Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure accurate and timely data collection, validation, and integration into the compensation system. Perform regular audits and analysis of incentive compensation data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies. Provide support and guidance to sales representatives and managers regarding incentive compensation plans, calculations, and payouts. Able to set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements. What You Bring: Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in CX Sales Experience on Redwood UI is a must Should have good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) similar cloud-based Integration platforms Strong experience with Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning. Maintain high standards of code quality and unit test coverage. Good language and communication skills desired. Have experience of building at least two projects from scratch.
