Senior CloudSense Solution Designer

You are a Senior CloudSense Developer / Solution Designer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing customised modules within the CloudSense ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing customised modules in CloudSense, focusing on CPQ, Order Management, Pricing, and Contract processes. You will be required to build and enhance CloudSense components based on business requirements using best practices and performance-optimized code. In this role, you will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining workflows related to order orchestration and frame agreement processes. You will define and manage product and service catalogue design, pricing strategies, and quote-to-order flow. Additionally, you will need to develop and support integrations using platforms like Heroku, MuleSoft, or similar middleware to ensure seamless data flow between CloudSense and external systems such as CRM, ERP, and Billing. As a Senior CloudSense Developer / Solution Designer, you will play a crucial role in stakeholder management by gathering requirements directly from enterprise business users, analyzing and translating them into functional and technical design documents. You will lead design reviews with the Information Systems (IS) team and secure business sign-off on finalized requirements. Moreover, you will contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Your strong expertise in CloudSense CPQ, Order Management, Pricing Services, Deal and Contract Management, as well as your understanding of order orchestration and frame agreement processes will be essential for this role. You should also have proven experience integrating with middleware platforms like Heroku or MuleSoft and the ability to independently drive requirement gathering and design discussions with enterprise stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required for this position. Preferred qualifications include experience in the telecommunications domain or familiarity with common telco business models and BSS/OSS stacks, as well as experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Certifications in Salesforce or CloudSense platforms would be a plus. This position offers a flexible work environment with the requirement to be available during Singapore Standard Time (SGT) business hours. Remote work is possible, with occasional on-site meetings as per client/project needs.,
