Senior Cloud Architect

As a Senior Cloud Architect at Zellis, you will report to the Principal Cloud Architect within the CloudOps team of the Product & Technology business unit. Your role involves advising, governing, and directing technical teams on high-level cloud architecture and design. You will be hands-on in project delivery, collaborating closely with Software Engineering, DevOps, and CloudOps teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define, implement, and document architecture technology, governance strategies, and frameworks for large-scale solutions in a commercial software environment. - Utilize modern DevOps practices like IaC, versioning, pipeline deployments, and platform/application observability. - Communicate complex problems effectively to project stakeholders. - Demonstrate expertise in core Azure platform services and general networking principles in a multi-tenanted cloud architecture. - Implement IT Security best practices, compliance, and audit standards in architectural design and governance. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong technical leadership with a track record in defining and implementing architecture technology and governance strategies. - Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and core Azure platform services. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex problems to stakeholders. - Understanding of networking principles in a cloud environment. - Knowledge of IT Security best practices and compliance standards.
