Senior Cloud Architect

Role Overview: As a Systems Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in modernizing our systems and delivering on our digital transformation mission. You will be responsible for designing and building robust, secure, and scalable IT systems, with a focus on cloud-native SaaS applications. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, translating business needs into scalable system architecture, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the smooth operation of the systems. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to analyze current systems, identify areas for improvement, and define desired outcomes - Translate business needs into robust and scalable system architecture spanning across multiple cloud platforms - Create technical architecture and component designs based on AWS & Azure platform services, application development frameworks, and security best practices - Oversee the development process, participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the systems - Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, communicate complex cloud concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, and represent the group in architecture forums and discussions - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentations, including system and technical architecture, best practices, proposals, and narratives Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 3+ years of experience as a Systems Architect or similar role, preceded by 5+ years in a Technical architect role - Solid understanding of microservices architecture, design principles, network architecture, and security best practices - Technical skills in AWS, Azure, serverless technologies like lambda and azure functions, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, SRE/DevOps practices, and tech stack including C#, Java, Python, GraphQL, and CQRS - Certifications in relevant technologies such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and proven leadership abilities (Note: The additional details about the Business Systems Group and Trimble India have been omitted as they are not directly related to the job role.),
