Senior Client Service Engineer

As a Senior Client Service Engineer at Navaera Software Services Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing continuous support to end-users by effectively translating system issues into comprehensible business messages and vice versa. You will utilize your deep understanding of the business to lead the resolution of system escalations, driving discussions, and offering recommendations to ensure efficient outcomes for the enterprise. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will act as a subject matter expert for various systems, identifying growth opportunities and supporting the evolving needs of both the business and clients. Your responsibilities will include being a strategic partner by aligning the Services systems with business operations, leading triage activities for production system issues, analyzing problems to identify root causes, and escalating issues for timely resolutions. You will also be involved in providing reporting/analytics on service systems, collecting end-user feedback for process enhancements, and serving as a subject matter expert on system functionalities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in retail or related sectors, with a strong blend of technical and business acumen to drive operational effectiveness. Leadership experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences are essential. Proficiency in tools like SQL and Java, along with a Bachelor's degree and a US B1 Visa, are preferred qualifications that will be beneficial in this position. You will work full-time, with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule with night shifts.
