Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Clerk to manage the Spares Division within the Stores Department.
The role involves maintaining stock of spare parts and consumables, handling issuance and receipt, and updating inventory records using ERP or manual systems.
The clerk will coordinate with customers regarding orders and dispatches, liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Service, and Purchase, and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities also include proper labelling, storage, retrieval of items, and supporting audits and physical stock verification.
The candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic storekeeping processes is essential. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
