Qualification:

Engineering/Diploma in Civil

Job Description:

· Discuss and Coordinate amongst various stakeholders at worksite to ensure work alignment.

· Inspecting on construction drawing plan and analyzing to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

· Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely.

· Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.

· Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.

· Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.

· Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.

• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

· Submit Daily report to management

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field is preferred.

· Proven experience working as a site supervisor.

· Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.

· Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

· The ability to interpret drawings.

· Outstanding leadership skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
