Senior Civil Supervisor

As a Senior Work Supervisor-Civil at Redlands Ashlyn group of companies, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and ensuring alignment among various stakeholders at the worksite. Your responsibilities will include inspecting construction drawings, analyzing them to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications, and enforcing all safety regulations on site to guarantee safe work practices. You will be supervising and instructing the construction team and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and on time. Inspecting materials delivered on site for adherence to specifications, procuring construction materials timely to prevent work delays, and maintaining accurate records of construction employee attendance are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting daily reports to management to keep them informed of project progress. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, although a Diploma in Civil is also acceptable. Previous experience as a site supervisor, sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations, familiarity with construction tools and equipment, and the ability to interpret drawings are essential requirements. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are highly valued for this role.
