Job Overview :

We are looking for a Civil engineer to manage our construction projects. You will be conducting land surveys, allocating resources, supervising multidisciplinary construction teams, and inspecting completed construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and direction to civil engineering staff, ensuring their compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and codes
• Assess project and its requirements.
• Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
• Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.
• Manage deliverables on time and within the budget, Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in civil engineering.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience working as a civil engineer on Highrise building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.
• Able to work to agreed deadlines and timescales
• Ability to prioritize own time and workload
• Excellent computer skills, previous experience with project management software
