🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily site construction activities

• Prepare work schedules and ensure progress as per project plan

• Manage contractors, supervisors, and labour teams on-site

• Verify BOQs, quantities, and contractor bills

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and material testing

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and the Pune Head office

• Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and material reconciliation

• Proactively escalate issues, delays, or risks to the management

🔹 Ideal Profile

of execution experience

2–3 complete residential or mixed-use projects

• Strong technical knowledge and excellent team management skills

Pune construction norms, vendors, and material standards
