Senior Chemist

As a Senior Chemist in the Quality Assurance department at Golconda, your primary responsibility is to support the QA Manager in various day-to-day tasks. These tasks include conducting product trials and testing related to the production of beer, as well as assisting in the development of new products and modifications to existing products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Testing and approving manufactured beer in accordance with the company's quality assurance objectives and CTC specifications. - Collaborating with the Laboratory Manager on trials and testing related to production, new product development, and product modifications. - Evaluating alternative sources for raw materials under the guidance of the quality and technology cell of UB. - Maintaining detailed records of trials, test results, and retained samples. - Ensuring compliance with ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 by following the technical manual procedures. - Adhering to safety procedures in alignment with the company's HSE policy to maintain a safe and hygienic laboratory environment. - Assisting in the preparation of reports and test certificates. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring lab analysis on a daily basis and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Conducting testing of raw materials, water, carbon dioxide, air, and beer at all stages of production. - Recording the flow of beer through the flow meter. - Ensuring the safety of personnel in the workplace. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in chemistry, analytical skills, and material testing. You should also be proficient in operating laboratory equipment related to beer testing and associated adjuncts and water. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience, along with an M.
