As a Senior Chemist (Analytics / R&D) at Ace Green Recycling, you will play a crucial role in executing R&D tasks, performing battery material recycling, and supporting process development. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in a relevant field with Chemistry as a compulsory/core subject and at least 2 years of experience in R&D, preferably in hydrometallurgy, battery recycling, mining, or carbon materials industries. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute assigned tasks by completing R&D correctly the first time. - Perform battery material recycling R&D according to company strategy and laboratory processes. - Support process development in the laboratory, pilot facility, and 3rd party labs to identify the most efficient process technology. - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and lab protocols. - Escalate issues and non-conformance to the supervisor as per applicable procedures. Requirements: - 2+ years of R&D experience in a chemical lab. - Technical expertise in inorganic chemistry. - Ability to execute R&D tasks independently and encourage process improvements.
