This is an on-site role in Bengaluru to join our kitchen team as a Senior Chef - we are looking for those at CDP/Sous Chef levels. The roles will contribute to the smooth running of the daily kitchen operations, develop creative and nutritious plant-based recipes, and supervise food preparation to ensure high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining food safety and hygiene, managing kitchen staff, sourcing fresh and sustainable ingredients, and contributing to curated events such as catering and collaborative experiences. Senior Chefs play a pivotal role in maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
