The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding and significant experience in ophthalmology, alongside a commitment to ongoing professional development.This pivotal leadership role calls for a well-documented history of service improvement and alignment with organisational objectives. Candidates must demonstrate motivation, outstanding communication, and robust leadership skills. The ability to influence and manage change is essential, ensuring high-quality patient services are delivered. Embracing and implementing innovative service enhancements to improve access and care provision is also required.Registration as an Adult Registered Nurse with current NMC certification is essential.
