Senior Change Adoption Manager

As a Senior Change Adoption Manager at HSBC, your role will involve defining all change adoption activity related to either a core element of the digital platform estate or a strategic program of change impacting the digital platform estate. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting the overall change adoption strategy, including release and migration planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment and planning, capability uplift, internal engagement, training, and marketing - Collaborating with market leadership to determine resourcing requirements and building high performing teams accordingly - Maintaining a holistic view of change across your area of responsibility - Ensuring alignment of changes with wider market and platform changes to manage change congestion risk - Continuously monitoring delivery, applying lessons learned, and contributing to a sense of community and belonging in the Digital Platforms team through the development of an internal engagement strategy To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - Proven influencing skills with senior stakeholders - Coaching capabilities at all levels of the organization for change adoption and shaping - Experience in defining and refining change frameworks at a global or regional level - Working across multiple markets and regions to deliver a globally consistent yet locally tailored change agenda - Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills - Subject Matter Expertise in digital channels, including technical, marketplace, and customer considerations - Expertise in change management/adoption (PROSCI, CMI, or similar qualification preferred) and at least one of the following disciplines: internal/external communications, operational impact assessment, training, migration and implementation planning At HSBC, we are committed to creating a culture where all employees are valued, respected, and their opinions count.
