Senior Centre Manager - Microfinance
Job Purpose
Responsible for Sales & Collection for Microfinance JLG Customers, following company policies. Ensures qualitative Microfinance sourcing through village surveys, CGT, house verification, and income assessment. Responsible for collections and recoveries as per the Group/Centre meeting schedule and maintaining healthy customer relationships on ground. Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct village surveys and prospect in selected villages; explain BFL MFI JLG product offerings during prospecting briefings.

Source new customers in allocated locations, form JLG groups, and promote financial literacy among potential borrowers.

Collect all information needed for sourcing, perform data entry/upload, and validate documents on LOS; follow the entire sourcing process as defined in SOP.

Coordinate with Branch Manager for required approvals and Credit Operations Officer at branch for disbursements as per process.

Plan Centre Meetings of customers, notify customers in advance, ensure 100% participation, resolve customer queries, and promote top-ups/cross-sell as defined for the branch. Manage a portfolio of 450-500 customers.

Ensure collections from customers as per scheduled centre meeting days and ensure 100% deposition of recovery at defined points of disposition as per SOP.

Carry out end-use monitoring of loans as per process.

Maintain cordial relationships with all potential and existing borrowers, ensure 100% compliance, and demonstrate good conduct according to branch operating model.

Create a daily report of tasks planned and executed; submit to Branch Manager.

Ensure recovery disposition reconciliation with Credit and Ops Officer as per schedule.

Ensure critical parameters like lead to login are executed as per matrix.

Maintain centre meeting discipline, follow SOPs, and adhere to code of conduct.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduation or Undergraduate degree

1-2 years of experience in Microfinance JLG business
