Job Description

Perform deep-dive data analysis across campaign and web data taxonomy across multiple brands.
Define and maintain campaign tagging strategies, ensuring alignment with best practices and global standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver a unified, coherent view of campaign and website tagging taxonomy.
Leverage tools like Claravine or equivalent to manage and govern campaign metadata.
Provide support in dashboard creation (Power BI/Tableau/GA) and executive-level PowerPoint reporting.
Analyze how clients marketing data is collected and utilized; provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Liaise regularly with clients to understand ongoing and ad-hoc digital analytics and reporting requirements.
Ensure data privacy and compliance requirements are met across tagging and analytics implementations.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, DFDs, TDDs, and FIA documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of UTM parameters, their structure, and campaign tracking principles.
Experience with Claravine or similar campaign/data governance tools.
Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo).
Strong reporting and data visualization experience.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with regulated business use cases.
Ability to convert business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver insights through reports and dashboards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience liaising directly with clients.
Strong documentation skills able to write BRDs, FRDs, and other project artifacts independently.
