Job Description

The Senior Campaign Analyst plays a pivotal and highly hands-on role, managing client campaigns across their entire lifecycle. This includes activities such as Estimation, Design, Campaign Build and Quality Control (QC), Project Management, Deployment, and Reporting for multi-channel campaigns. This position demands a collaborative approach, working closely with diverse teams to ensure successful campaign delivery for clients. Duties and Responsibilities As a Senior Campaign Analyst, your responsibilities will encompass: Client Program Management: Working cross-functionally with Production, Account Management, and Technology teams to ensure the successful execution of email programs and building platform-related solutions for clients. Campaign Lifecycle Management: Actively participating in client meetings, managing the client mailing calendar, conducting asset reviews, creating campaigns, overseeing internal and external User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing change, handling approval processes, generating reports, performing Quality Assurance (QA), scheduling campaigns, and conducting post-deployment validation. Client Escalation & Satisfaction: Serving as the primary escalation contact for client issues and questions related to email campaigns, ensuring overall client satisfaction through timely and accurate project completion. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining campaign process and program documentation, providing weekly account updates to Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Account teams, and/or clients. Meeting Participation: Attending recurring internal and external Account meetings. Activity Tracking: Tracking non-deployment activity and providing a monthly report to the Campaign Manager and Team Lead. Knowledge Management: Updating and creating Knowledge Base Articles and client case studies as necessary. Workflow Development: Developing campaign workflows for audience selection, segmentation, and cross-channel campaign deployment. Template Configuration: Configuring Email templates using approved HTML content and applying required personalization. Quality Control: Performing QC on campaigns to ensure data, functional, and content accuracy. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with external teams and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time. Post-Deployment Support: Providing support after campaign deployment, including data analysis, monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. Scripting: Building QC/SQL scripts based on campaign setup and requirements. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as open rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and other performance indicators. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Experience: A very hands-on role requiring 4+ years of relevant experience . Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively in a deadline-driven environment. Interactive Marketing Interest: A strong interest in interactive marketing is essential. Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Teamwork: Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of HTML, Freemarker, JavaScript, API, SQL, and Excel. ESP Knowledge: Familiarity with the Internet space and various Email Service Provider (ESP) clients (e.g., Adobe, Unica, SFMC). Client Interaction: Ability to communicate effectively with clients. Motivation: Motivated to work in a dynamic, results-oriented Internet environment, with a strong focus on delivering excellent levels of service to customers. Customer Centricity: Demonstrates a customer-oriented approach and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Flexibility: Willingness to work on shifts.
