Senior Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce CPQ

As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst at Snowflake, you will play a crucial role in building business applications and designing features to enhance the reliability of applications and systems. You will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating business needs into technical specifications, designing and developing solutions, testing, and deploying them into production. Your passion for cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving will be key in supporting business processes and data flows. - Implement and enhance Salesforce CPQ platform and cross-platform integration solutions following industry best practices - Collaborate with other business application owners to ensure smooth go-to-market business automation and data management processes, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Partner, and cloud environments - Provide expert leadership and collaboration skills while building relationships with stakeholders at various levels - Define, estimate, and shape technical solutions using best practices - Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of medium complexity CRM modules to support sales and support automation - Gather requirements, transform designs, and develop Salesforce.com documents - Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT - Develop functional specifications and system design specifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, or equivalent experience - Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce administration as a Business Systems Analyst - Experience in driving best practices for Salesforce.com evolution and ecosystem integrated tools - Knowledge of CRM capabilities such as MDM, Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Booking - Experience in Sales and Service cloud applications - Ability to develop business process and requirements for integrating CPQ with external systems - Familiarity with SDLC methodologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset - Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities - Ability to work independently - Project Management experience,
