HIRING

FULL -TIME

7+ years experience across Application Systems (HR, Finance), Data Products, Business Analysis, or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Analytics, Data, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Tableau and Looker Studio, with experience in semantic modeling and governed metrics.
Hands-on understanding of cloud data platforms (GCP preferred) and modern data pipelines.
Experience leading global, matrix teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
Strong storytelling and communication skills to senior audiences.
Agile delivery experience including backlog ownership and delivery planning.
Strong knowledge of data governance, workforce metrics, security and privacy controls.
Experience in data integrations, modelling and reporting.
Familiarity with Workday, APIs and data flows.
