Senior Business / System Analyst

As a Senior Business / System Analyst at Estuate, you will be responsible for participating in discovery phases and workshops with customers to cover key business and product requirements. Your role will involve managing project scope, requirements management, defining dependencies on other teams, and creating various documents like business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional specifications, and technical requirements. You will closely collaborate with the development team, present requirements, groom the backlog, manage requirements changes, and design technical solutions with the Tech Lead. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing, and creating documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in discovery phases and workshops with customers - Manage project scope and requirements, defining dependencies on other teams - Create business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional specifications, and technical requirements - Collaborate with the development team and present requirements - Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders - Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing - Create documentation including user guides, technical guides, and presentations Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience as a Business, System, or Functional Analyst - Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, system diagrams, and wireframes - Experience working with RESTful APIs and in microservices architecture - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SQL, UML, BPMN, UX/UI practices, and web-based applications - Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher Soft Skills: - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Proactive, self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented - Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multitasking activities in a fast-paced environment Additional Company Details: Estuate is an ISO-certified organization with a global presence and a diverse culture that fosters inclusivity and creativity.
