Join our team and be part of exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for providing senior customer support to U.S customers and performing senior technical troubleshooting. Your role will involve handling issues within 1 hour to Same Business Day priority, likely receiving or making 3-5 calls per shift, and working on a 24/7 rotational shift basis with a shift change every 2 months. You must possess excellent English communication skills, customer service skills, mailbox monitoring and handling skills, and be self-motivated to achieve high output results. Additionally, you will need strong communication skills for interactions with colleagues, customers, and external third parties, and should be detail-oriented with a positive attitude. **Key Responsibilities:** - Completion of B.E Degree in IT/Computer Science stream - Senior Customer Support (U.S Customers) / Senior Technical Troubleshooting - Experience with any CRM (Service Now, MS Dynamics, BMC Remedy) - Knowledge of SAP Basics (nice to have) - Familiarity with Batch Monitoring/Application Monitoring (nice to have) - Handling issues within 1 hour to Same Business Day priority **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent English communication skills - Customer service skills - Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis - Self-motivated and capable of working independently - Strong communication skills via phone and email - Detail-oriented with a positive attitude - Technical Help Desk troubleshooting experience (Preferred: 3-5 years of continuous work experience) - Global Customer Service Agent experience (Preferred) Join Xylem's global team to contribute to innovative technology solutions that transform water usage, conservation, and re-use.
