We are now expanding our presence across quick commerce platforms and looking for a results-driven professional to lead growth on BigBasket, Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management & Growth on Quick Commerce Platforms:

• Drive revenue and order volume growth on

  Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, and Swiggy Instamart

• Plan and execute platform-specific sales strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor performance across SKUs, categories, and geographies to maximize ROI.

2. Platform Relationship Handling:

• Build and manage strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations for promotions, visibility slots, banner placements, and joint marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on platform-specific trends, policies, and tools.

3. Product Listing & Content Optimization:

• Ensure accurate, compelling product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Coordinate with the design and content team for images, A+ content, and creatives tailored to platform requirements.
• Continuously audit listings to improve discoverability and conversions.

4. Launches & Assortment Expansion:

• Strategically introduce new SKUs and product lines on platforms.
• Analyze market gaps, trends, and customer behavior to expand product assortment effectively.

5. Inventory & Operations Management:

• Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels, fulfillment timelines, and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Address order issues, return rates, and operational bottlenecks.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Track key metrics like GMV, conversion rate, cart abandonment, return rate, and out-of-stock frequency.
• Use platform dashboards and internal tools to generate insights and guide action plans.
• Present regular performance updates and forecasts to senior leadership.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing for platform-specific promotions and influencer tie-ups.
• Liaise with finance for reconciliations and invoicing.
• Partner with design/content for campaign creatives and product communication
