Senior Business Journalist

You are a Senior Business Journalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business journalism. Your role involves independently managing editorial responsibilities, sourcing impactful content, and overseeing content production across various formats. - Take charge of daily editorial operations, including planning, assigning, editing, and publishing business news content. - Identify, evaluate, and curate relevant business stories, industry trends, market updates, and economic insights from credible sources. - Guide and collaborate with junior writers, freelancers, and contributors to ensure quality and timely content delivery. - Write, edit, and produce in-depth features, analyses, interviews, and breaking news on business, finance, markets, and the economy. - Contribute to the overall editorial calendar and strategy with fresh ideas, pitch storylines, and support the development of new content verticals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Journalism, Business, Economics, Communications, or related fields. - Minimum 5 years of experience in business journalism, with a strong portfolio of published work. - Proven ability to manage an editorial desk and oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
