Senior Business Intelligence Developer

The BI Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Your responsibilities will include developing data models, designing ETL processes, and creating reports and dashboards. You will be accountable for: - Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions encompassing data models, ETL processes, reports, and dashboards. - Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Creating and managing ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources into the data warehouse. - Building and managing data models to enable efficient querying and analysis of extensive datasets. - Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards utilizing BI tools like Tableau, Power BI. - Monitoring and troubleshooting BI solutions to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy. - Coordinating with data engineers and database administrators to guarantee proper data storage and optimization for reporting and analysis. - Documenting BI solutions, including data dictionaries, technical specifications, and user manuals. - Keeping abreast of industry trends in business intelligence and data analytics. - Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to align BI solutions with the organization's goals. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions. - Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling. - Experience with data visualization best practices and techniques. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in developing SSRS Power BI Reports and designing Tabular Cube / Multidimensional.
