The BI Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level Business Intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to architect scalable data platforms, reporting frameworks, and analytics ecosystems across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture Design and implement end-to-end BI architectures including data integration, modeling, analytics, and visualization layers. Define BI platform standards, data models, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability. Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust BI solutions. Develop data warehouse and data lake strategies supporting real-time and batch data processing. Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, OR ANY OTHER BI TOOL etc.). Data Management & Integration Design and optimize ETL/ELT processes using tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend. Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and performance across all BI environments. Work with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse. Integrate data from multiple sources including ERP, CRM, pharmacy, and healthcare systems (if in healthcare domain). Analytics & Visualization Architect and oversee the development of dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights. Define key metrics, KPIs, and data models that align with business goals. Implement row-level security, performance tuning, and best practices for visualization tools. Leadership & Collaboration Serve as the technical lead and mentor for BI developers and data analysts. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and prioritize projects. Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. 8+ years of experience in BI, data warehousing, or analytics. 3+ years of experience as a BI Architect, Data Architect, or similar leadership role.
