Senior Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for

    US IT Staffing

    .
  • Acquire new direct clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with

    Hiring Managers, Procurement, and MSP/VMS partners

    .
  • Generate requirements through direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, rate cards, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAs.
  • Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality submissions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and closure targets.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with US staffing trends, visa types, and compliance requirements.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–15+ years of experience in

    US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development

    .
  • Strong network with

    Direct Clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 Vendors

    .
  • Proven track record of closures and revenue generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of

    US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)

    .
  • Excellent understanding of

    VMS platforms

    (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with offshore recruiting teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing active client base is a strong plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, BFSI, or niche IT staffing is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in
