Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student counseling sessions to understand academic and career goals.

• Promote relevant courses and programs, ensuring alignment with learner needs.

• Manage leads efficiently and convert prospects into enrollments.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain strong communication and follow-ups with potential clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Any Graduate (from any discipline).

Experience: Minimum 2 years and up to 6 years in sales (with at least 1 year in Ed-Tech sales mandatory).

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Shift: Day Shifts (Purely).

• Working Days: 6 days a week.

• Work Mode: 1 Month WFH, followed by WFO (Gurgaon).

Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹8.5 LPA – ₹11.4 LPA (Final offer based on interview performance and experience).
