Senior Business Development Manager – Ocena Smart Solutions

Ocena is a fast-growing company building AI automations, blockchain solutions, and full-stack software products. We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager with proven experience in lead generation and closing deals for service-based tech companies.

What we need :

• Strong experience in bringing leads, talking to clients, and converting them for software service companies.
• Excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of how to pitch AI, automation, blockchain, and software development services.
• Ability to generate clients through LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and multiple online platforms.
• Proven history of revenue generation in a previous organization (preference will be given to candidates who have actually delivered results, not just “managed BD”).
• Should be comfortable appearing on camera, recording service-explainer videos for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.
• Must be a graduate.
• Ability to relocate to Mohali.
• Commission-based incentives will be provided on top of the salary.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and grow Ocena’s business pipeline.
• Identify, approach, and convert high-quality leads.
• Maintain relationships with international and domestic clients.
• Understand Ocena’s services deeply and communicate them clearly.
• Represent the company at events and networking meetups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,937.92 - ₹49,625.53 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
