Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, gather requirements, and drive process improvements. The role involves conducting in-depth analysis, documenting workflows, performing user acceptance testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Perform user acceptance testing and support implementation of new systems.
• Manage projects, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 57 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive solutions.
• Advanced technical and documentation expertise.
• Experience in reporting and delivering presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting commitments.
